Minority package of stocks of "Medifarma" on auction on July 1st

Share Fund will offer 11.6% of stocks of the company for trade in pharmaceutical products "Medifarm" for sale on July 1st at starting price of 52.18m RSD.

According to the announcement that was published today (June 11, 2008) in Politika, the deadline for applications for participation in the auction on the Belgrade Stock Exchange is June 26.

Total of 171,654 stocks at minimum price of 304 RSD per stock will be offered for sale.

The price of stocks of "Medifarm" on the Belgrade Stock Exchange amounts to 263 RSD per stock, and these stocks have not been subject of trading since they were registered on January 25, 2008.

"Medifarm" was privatized on the auction on April 18, 2007, when it was bought by Mihailo Mikić for 670m RSD, which was the price nearly twice as big as the starting one.

Majority package of stocks was taken over in August 2007 by company "Alstar".
