Novi Sad-based cinema "Arena" excluded from privatization of "Zvezda film"

The Novi Sad cinema "Arena" has been excluded from the process of privatization of "Zvezda film", so that public capital, cinemas "Jadran" and "Rex" and cultural center and office space in Mihajla Pupina Boulevard will be offered for sale on the auction scheduled for July 18.

According to the invitation of the Privatization Agency, 69.96% of capital was estimated to 924m RSD, that is, 11.45m EUR.

Starting price is 224.17m RSD, while minimum investments amount to 7.4m RSD.
