The Board of Directors of the Vranje-based oven producer Alfa Plam has scheduled the General Meeting for May 29, and the agenda includes adoption of 2016 financial reports and reaching a decision on profit distribution.
The management has proposed to pay dividend of RSD 157.3 million to shareholders, the same amount as last year, i.e. gross RSD 1,000 per share (dividend yield at 2.9%). The record date is May 29.
The remaining amount of RSD 639.4 million will be retained by the company, Wisebroker reports.
