It was decided at the General Meeting of Komercijalna Banka to cover RSD 8.06 billion of loss from 2016 at the expense of accumulated profit and reserves for estimated losses.
After expected loss coverage, the bank has a total of RSD 11.06 billion of formed reserves for estimated losses.
Furthermore, the decision was made to pay dividend of RSD 16.8 million to owners of priority shares, i.e. gross RSD 45 per share. The record date is April 17, Wisebroker reports.
