The cabinet of the president of the Commercial Court of Montenegro, Blazo Jovanic, confirmed to Radio Jadran that the decision was reached on April 19, following the court session of April 14, when the bids were opened, Podgorica’s Vijesti reports.
The starting price, stated in the public invitation, opened on March 7, was EUR 2.08 million.
– Following the payment of the sales and purchase price and the signing of the agreement, the amounts received from the sale are to be included in the bankruptcy estate, to be used to cover the costs of the procedure and to settle the liabilities towards the creditors in the manner and order defined by the Law on Bankruptcy Proceedings – the Commercial Court explained.
The small wharf is 148 meters long, has a lifting capacity of ten thousand tons and a crane capacity of 2.7 tons.
