"Irva Investicije" bought "Građevinar" from Niš for 150,000 EUR - 4m EUR for investment program

Niš-based company "Građevinar" in restructuring has been sold for 150,000 EUR to company "Irva Investicije", which is owned by businessman Đorđe Nicović.

As Privatization Agency announced, the contract on sale of 100% of public capital of the company was signed today (June 4, 2008) with the authorized representatives of the only bidder on the tender.

The contract includes investment program worth 4m EUR and the buyer also accepted minimum obligations from the social program.

Only one bid was submitted on the tender for sale of "Građevinar". On April 3rd, 2008, the Tender Commission accepted the proposal of the Privatization Agency and made Decision about commencement of negotiations with the only bidder.
