Two bio-diesel factories - Americans and Dutchmen to invest in the Timok border

Construction of two factories for production of bio-diesel should start very soon in Boljevac and Negotin. The investments in these two units, which will create jobs for over 100 workers, amount to about 10m EUR.

- US company "Lemna" will invest more than 6m EUR in construction of the factory for production of bio-diesel in Boljevac - said Nebojša Marjanović, Mayor of Boljevac.

At the same time, construction of another factory for production of bio-diesel will commence in the vicinity of Negotin's port of "Prahovo".

- Negotiations with Dutch company "Vital planet" about construction of the factory are close to end - said Radmila Gerov, Mayor of Negotin.
