Delta Holding 2017 first quarter profit amounts to EUR 12 million – Revenues exceed EUR 120 million

Delta holding had total revenues of EUR 120.6 million in the first quarter of 2017, EUR 10.6 million more than last year, the Belgrade-based company reported today.

The EBITDA amounts to EUR 12 million and is higher by EUR 2.5 million compared to the corresponding period of 2016.

Most of the holding’s revenues are contributed by Delta Agrar (67%) and Delta Distribucija (27%), the company reported.


It is stated that Delta Agrar has continued expanding its fruit production and that the first cherries have been planted on 50 hectares at the property in Zajecar, and the intention is for the area to increase to 150 hectares. Delta Agrar also invests in livestock farming and there are currently seven construction sites at the farms.

It has been announced that Delta Real Estate will start raising a shopping mall in Banjaluka in mid-2017, whereas the construction of InterContinental Ljubljana has been completed. Delta Real Estate is actively working on acquiring the necessary permits, after which they will start building the Delta Planet shopping mall in Autokomanda.
