In under a year, Termovent successfully realized the project of the multidisciplinary Medical Clinical Center – Grand Medica, the company reported. Deputy Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Tatyana Yakovleva officially opened Grand Medica on Thursday, April 20, 2017. The clinic will open for patients on April 24.
This 19,000-m2 multidisciplinary clinical center is located in the city of Novokuznetsk and has a projected capacity of over 160,000 visitors a year.
As stated, the clinical and diagnostic center features the latest medical equipment. The complex contains 5 operation units with an area of 1,700 square meters. The center provides a full range of medical services, from consultations, through diagnostics, highly demanding operating procedures, to patient rehabilitation.
In addition to designing, constructing and putting into operation the entirety of mechanical, electrical and BMS installations, Termovent also delivered and mounted the equipment produced by the company itself – cleanroom panels, air handling units, distribution elements and control cabinets.
In designing the project, Termovent took into consideration the required energy efficiency of the facility, as well as the required degree of air cleanness. The high energy efficiency of the air handling system of over 65,000 m3/h has been enabled thanks to two central heat recuperators, as well as high-energy air handling units. The technological air cleanness requirements have been met by installing the Termovent cleanroom systems on over 4,000 square meters, the press release says.
Grand Medica is one of the biggest Russian healthcare institutions. The investor of the project, which exceeds RUB 3 billion, is Inrusinvest, owned by famous businessman Alexander Govor.
– The Grand Medica project is one of the strategic projects for Termovent. It is the first healthcare facility for Termovent in the territory of the Russian Federation and thereby a very important reference. It confirms Termovent’s professional capability to design and equip a medical facility, as well as the compliance of Termovent’s equipment with the regulations of the Russian Ministry of health. The successful realization of this project in line with the demanding Russian regulations in this field opens new business possibilities for us – said Executive Director of Termovent Milos Perovic.
