Construction of Shoppi Retail Park in Smederevo to start on April 25

The ceremony of laying down the foundation stone for the Shoppi Retail Park in Smederevo will be held on Tuesday, April 25, at 11 am, Podunavlje.info reports.

Mayor of Smederevo Jasna Avramovic and MPC Properties CEO Thomas H. Villadsen will lay down the foundation stone, thereby officially marking the beginning of the construction.

The Shoppi Retail Park Smederevo is another important investment of MPC Properties, along with the Usce Shopping Center, the Usce Tower, the Shoppi Retail Park Subotica, the Shoppi Retail Park Borca, the IMMO Outlet Center, the Navigator Business Center and many other retail and business facilities.

The leasing management and facility management have been put in trust of Confluence Property Management.

The first Shoppi Retail Park opened in Subotica in March 2016, followed by Shoppi Retail Park Borca in October of the same year. In the meantime, Shoppi established itself as a popular place for family shopping thanks to its excellent offer of regional and global brands, available at affordable prices, the press release says.
