"Zastava" in Romania - opening of automobile showroom, service shop and warehouse in the pipeline

Serbian automobile manufacturer "Zastava" plans to enter Romanian market and open the automobile showroom, service unit and warehouse for spare parts in city of Piteštija, the center of automobile industry in Romania.

The Mayor of Piteštija, Tudor Pendijuk, said that he had visited Kragujevac at the end of April and that he had been present when the agreement on cooperation between "Zastava" and "Fiat" had been signed.

Pendijuk added that the Mayor of Kragujevac has asked him and his associated to help arrival of "Zastava" on Romanian market and to point to the companies that could become dealers for the vehicles from the Serbian factory.
