The second phase of the public invitation has been postponed again, and the two candidates have been given time until May 25 to confirm their interest and to submit detailed plans for Sava Centar's future.
The first round was passed by Delta Holding and the consortium of the Nikola Tesla Airport, the Belgrade Fair and Energoprojekt.
The tender documentation was amended in the meantime to include a paragraph stating that “the City of Belgrade shall not be held responsible in any way for potential expenses or damage done to any person if it terminates the procedure in case only one bid is received”, as well as that “following the submission, draft articles of association will be filed in line with the content of the submitted bids, which will be negotiated about by the City of Belgrade with qualified partners before reaching the decision on the selection of partner”.
Let us remind that the interested parties were first given the deadline of March 20 to submit binding bids, but that it was first extended until April 7, then until April 18 and now until May 25.
