"Salford" increased turnover on Stock Exchange to 2.4 billion RSD

Investment fund "Salford", which runs several food companies in Serbia, one of which is "Knjaz Miloš" from Aranđelovac, resumed restructuring of ownership in that company.

By purchasing remaining 114,986 stocks, on Friday (May 30, 2008), at price of 19,300 RSD per stock, "Clates Holding" B.V. became the 100% owner of "Knjaz". The value of this block transaction was 2.2 billion RSD, which resulted in solid turnover on the Belgrade Stock Exchange in amount of 2.47 billion RSD.
