"Holcim Srbija" to pay dividends - stockholders to get 645m RSD, Dividend Day - June 2nd

- The whole net profit of
Cement factory "Holcim Srbija" from
Novi Popovac in 2007 in amount of about 645m RSD will be used for payout
of dividends to the stockholders - the Administrative Board of the
factory decided.
In the announcement of the Administrative Board of
"Holcim Srbija", of which President is Kurt Habersater, it
is stated that the net profit in amount of 644,378,945.45 RSD will be
used for payout of dividends to stockholders and the “net amount per
stock will be 252.15 RSD".
The Dividend Day will be June 2nd and
the list of stockholders who will get dividends will be made on the
basis of the data provided by the Central Securities Registry. The payout
of dividends will take place on June 25th.
Stockholders are invited to submit “valid information on their checking accounts” on June 2nd.
