"MK Group" on stock exchange in first quarter of year 2009

"MK group" is planning the initial public offer of agricultural companies that operate within the Group in the first quarter of year 2009, said the President of the company, Miodrag Kostić, during the annual assembly of EBRD in Kiev.
Kostić said that "MK group" was currently in the restructuring process and that the entire agricultural property would be merged into one company, which should register the growth of minimum 400m EUR from the moment it appears on the stock exchange. He says that the company will be on the listing at the stock exchanges in London, Warsaw, Stockholm or Frankfurt.
The Executive Manager of Finance, Darko Milačić, said that that company would register the growth of capital mainly by issuing new stocks, as well as by selling small number of existing stocks.
Milačić said that the management of "MK group" had not hired any councilors yet, but that they were opened for talks with the companies in order to act in the right way when they obtained the authorization.
He pointed out that "MK Group" intended to negotiate only with those financial experts who proved to be experts in the domain of agricultural operations.
Milačić said that the acquisitions were significant part of the strategy carried out by that group, including Ukraine and Belarus as growing markets of the company.
