Voda Vrnjci increases profit in 2016 – Net income amounts to RSD 44.4 million

The bottled water producer Voda Vrnjci has reported a considerable increase in profit from 2016, despite a drop in revenues.

The Vrnjacka Banja-based factory had an operating income of RSD 1.5 billion, a drop of 2.8% compared to 2015, whereas its operating profit jumped by nearly 40% to RSD 55.6 million, above all due to a lower cost of materials.

The net profit jumped by 57.3% to RSD 44.4 million.

The company’s shares have dropped 4.7% YTD to RSD 4,100, bringing the company’s market cap at RSD 470.6 million (EUR 3.8 million), Wisebroker reports.
