NIS and Societe Generale bank signed protocol on long-term cooperation, credit of 35 million USD approved

Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS) and Societe Generale bank have signed the Protocol on long-term business cooperation. By taking this step, Societe Generale bank became one of the key partners of NIS during the processfor restructuring and reorganization of operations for the sake of improvement of efficiency and productivity of national petroleum company. As the first result of the improved cooperation, Societe Generale bank approved credit of 35 million USD to NIS. According to the Protocol, the bank will support NIS in field of financial, banking and consulting services. Besides, through cooperation with Societe Generale bank in Serbia, NIS has access to Societe Generale Group that operates in 90 countries all over the world.
