"Eki investment" purchased 26.8% of stocks of "Novi Dom" from minority stockholders

"Eki investment" has announced today (May 20, 2008) that it bought 26.8% of stocks of company "Novi dom" from the minority stockholders at the price of 1,084 RSD per stock.

Following that takeover, "Eki investment", of which owners are Danko Đunić and Aleksandar Vlahović, together with companies "Nelt Co" and "Ataše", has become the owner of 95.7% of capital in "Novi dom".

That consortium bought 70% of capital of "Novi Dom" on the tender at the end of year 2006 for 17.1m EUR.

The property of "Novi dom" includes about 38,000 square meters of office space.

The price of stock of that company on the Belgrade Stock Exchange is currently 850 RSD, and the highest price amounted to 1,410 RSD.
