Batajnica to start solving waste water problem – Belgrade Waterworks opens tender for project preparation consultant

(Illustration) The Public Utility Enterprise Belgrade Waterworks and Sewerage has opened a tender for consultancy services for the waste water collection and treatment project preparation in Batajnica.

The project will be financed by European funds, and the public invitation for expression of interest is in progress.

Interested companies need to submit their proposals by April 10, 2017. Following this, a shortlist of qualified companies will be prepared and they will be formally invited to submit proposals. Consultant selection and contracting will be subject to availability of funding.

The shortlist criteria are:

– Company's previous project experience in project preparation (feasibility studies, designs and tender dossiers) of major wastewater projects to a standard acceptable to major international financial institutions (30%)
– Company's previous project experience in assignments in wastewater collection and treatment sector in Serbia and/or the Western Balkans (20%)
– CVs of Key Experts
