Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad visited by 600,000 people

- The 75th International Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad, which closed its gates after eight days, gathered about 600,000 visitors - said the CEO of the Directorate for Marketing and Public Relations of the Novi Sad Fair, Marijeta Lazor.

She pointed to several innovations, one of which – the House of Champions – deserves special attention because that is where the champion cup winners met.

- On that occasion, we have printed a special monograph that is focused on the award winners between 1957 and 2007 and it represents an unique certificate of development of agriculture in Serbia - said Lazor at the final press conference.

According to the words of the Executive Manager for exhibition activities, Bojan Gajić, the satisfaction with what have been done is best measured with the satisfaction of the exhibitors who pointed out that the visitors were mainly businessmen.

The next, the 76th International Agricultural Fair, will be held between May 9 and 16, 2009.
