Polish increase offer for Luka Bar - OT Logistics offers EUR 8,52 m for 30% of shares

At Luka Bar, share price increased by 20%, so after negotiations, share price for 30% of shares at Luka Bar totals EUR 8,52 mil EUR, Tender commission communicated.

Apart from that, as stated, in the upcoming period, Luka Bar cannot generate current income on the basis of fees for operational coast exploitation since it is the income of the budget of Montenegro.

The concessionaire will be obliged, in accordance with the Concession Agreement which is currently under preparation, to pay also concession fee which is estimated to total EUR 500 000 fixed price at the annual level as well as additional variable part of the fee which will depend on future traffic.

When it comes to AD Montecargo Podgorica offered total price for 51% of shares remained EUR 2,5 m while investments went up from 2,55 to EUR 3,45 m. Bidder will also provide two locomotives totalling EUR 7 m.
