Tender for construction and reconstruction of Clinical Center of Serbia in Belgrade opens – Works estimated at EUR 96.1 million

(Future look of CC Serbia) The Ministry of Health of Serbia has opened a public invitation for construction and reconstruction of the Clinical Center of Serbia in Belgrade.

The invitation entails the works on expanding and reconstructing the Clinical Center of Serbia, and the contract on the first stage encompasses the renovation and expansion of a part of the current central hospital building (with the total area of around 86,000 m2) and the construction of new technical units A, B and D, a parking lot and external development, as well as the parking lot A with the traffic solution from the second stage.

The value of the public procurement has been estimated at EUR 96.1 million. The estimated completion deadline period is 31 months from the date of the access to the construction site and the deposit payment to post-construction clearance.

Bids must include a tender guarantee in the amount of EUR 3 million, and the selected bidder will also be asked to provide performance security in the amount of 10% of the value of the signed contract.

The tender documentation can be acquired at the Ministry of Health, and the bid submission deadline is May 17, 2017. The opening of the bids will take place on the same date.
