Silo in Lovcenac for sale – Bid submission deadline March 24, 2017

(Illustration) Komercijalna Banka has called a tender sale of the industrial complex-silo in Lovcenac, Municipality of Mali Idjos, without a starting price. The complex spreads on 7.936 m2 (facilities) and 38,288 m2 (land).
The immovable property is sold without the production equipment, and the deposit payment or a banking guarantee of EUR 130,000 for foreign exchange payments or RSD 16.25 million for dinar payments is obligatory.
A previously scheduled tour of the complex can be taken each working day until March 23, from 10 am till 4 pm.
The bid submission deadline is March 24, 2017, at 2 pm.
