The Turkish investor Avrasya Tekstil wanted to lease the facilities of AHA Mura Prvi Maj, but the administrative receiver of the company declined the offer, as the plan is to sell the factory.

The Turkish company then decided to lease a hall in Babusnica, and they are also planning to raise a factory in Pirot. The construction of the new factory will probably also depend on incentives provided by the state, as they plan to employ an exact number of workers.

The reason for opening a facility in Babusnica instead of Pirot is simple. Pirot doesn't have premises suitable for initiating textile production. The only suitable premises are AHA Mura halls.

Avrasya Tekstil is in the process of opening the company, whose seat is to be located in Pirot, and it will be producing light, ready-to-wear clothing, just as is the case with its factory in Turkey. It needs sewing, tailoring, ironing and packing workers to start the production.
