“Nelt Co.” signed purchasing contract for Public storages in Subotica

Agency for privatization has signed a contract with Belgrade based “Nelt Co.” about Public storages sale from Subotica.

This company gave the best offer on tender for purchase of 70% of the capital of Public storages – 3,2 mil EUR, and investment program in the value of 1,8 mil EUR.

Second ranged bidder was Polish company “MLP Pruszkow I SP” which offered 858.000 EUR, and investment program in the value of 118.00 EUR.

The first published tender for sale of Public storages was unsuccessful, as only two offers were submitted both with incomplete documentation.

Public storages is a company with 37 employees, with 7 hectares of land in their ownership and objects of around 23.000 sqm.
“Nelt Co.” is a distributor of multi national companies “Procter&Gamble”, “Kraft Foods”, “Wrigley” and “SSL” for the area of Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia.

As representative of many large multinational companies – Nelt is offering storage services, transport and products sales.
