Zavarovalnica Triglav earns EUR 82.3 million in 2016 – Biggest insurance premium growth recorded in Serbia

Zavarovalnica Triglav had a premium of EUR 936 million in 2016, 2% more than in 2015. Net premium income amounted to slightly under EUR 850 million, an increase of 1% compared to 2015.
Net profit dropped by 7% to EUR 82.3 million, but it still exceeded the plans. Pre-tax profit increased by 22% to EUR 83.4 million.
Non-life insurance premium rose by 2%, whereas life insurance premium remained at the 2015 level. Health insurance grew by 5%.
The biggest growth of premium was recorded by Triglav in Serbia, as much as 22%, Wisebroker reports.
