Preparation works for construction of Kromberg & Schubert factory in Krusevac begin – Value of investments EUR 29 million

The preparatory works for the upcoming construction of Kromberg & Schubert car part factory in Krusevac have begun recently, as reported by the City of Krusevac website.

The plan is to initially employ around 2,500 people of Krusevac, and, according to Kromberg & Schubert CFO Carsten Meyer, the first 11 workers have already been employed.

– Nine months ago, we had a vision, and now it's become a reality. We will soon begin raising the factory, to the benefit of everyone, not just the employees and the company, but also the City of Krusevac and the state of Serbia – Meyer stated.

Meyer also emphasized the joint efforts of everyone involved in the realization of the extremely important EUR 29 million business venture.
