New Belgrade Marathon route – New track including Ada Bridge soon to be revealed

(From one of the previous Belgrade Marathons) The 30th Belgrade Marathon will take place on April 22, with a changed route, which is almost certain to include a new attraction – the Ada Bridge.

– The project documentation is being completed at the moment. We expect that we will soon be able to disclose publically all the details, that is, the streets where the new half marathon and marathon tracks will be going through. The 5-km fun run will keep its well known route – the Belgrade Marathon company said for Blic.

The changes are in charge of the organizer and the host city, and the measuring of the route, which needs to amount to exactly 42,195 meters, is in charge of the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS).

– So far, 5,150 participants from as many as 62 countries have applied for the race, which is a record number for this period.
