Vossloh Kiepe Austria to start producing rail vehicle equipment in Novi Sad this March

Vossloh Kiepe Austria will initiate production in a 7,000 m2 hall in Rimski Sancevi in Novi Sad in March, as announced by Professor Marijana Dukic Mijatovic, adviser to the mayor of Novi Sad for investments and implementation of strategic projects.

She said at the opening of the International Days of Energy and Investments in Novi Sad that the city continued to develop the North 4 Work Zone, which provides 40 hectares to new investors.

Let us remind that the director of JP Poslovni Prostor, Zoran Jovcic, and the deputy director of Vossloh Kiepe Austria, Michael Flandorfer, signed an agreement on the lease of the hall in Rimski Sancevi in September 2016.

As announced at the time, the Austrian company will be producing heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment for all types of rail vehicles in this facility, whereas a large part of the components, such as aluminum housings, copper pipes, condensers and evaporators, heaters, is to be provided by suppliers from Serbia.
