Company "m:tel", owned by "Telekom Srbija", is leader on market of BiH - number of users larger by 35%

After "Telekom Srbija" bought "Telekom Srpske" for 600m EUR last year and renamed the mobile network of that operator into "m:tel", that network organized a marketing campaign that led to significant cutting of the market shares of the two non-privatized operators in BiH - Sarajevo-based "BH Telecom" and "HT Mostar".

The CEO of "Telekom Srpske", Predrag Ćulibrk, said that, when compared to the period before privatization, the number of users of "m:tel" had grown by 35% and reached 1.35m.

Enormous growth of number of users of "m:tel" is also registered on the territory of BiH - from 10,000 before privatization to current 120,000 users.
