Plan of reconstruction of clinical centers to be known by mid-March 2017 – Each project to get its mentor

The final plan, schedule and the date of the beginning of the reconstruction of all seven clinical centers in Serbia will be defined by mid-March, as agreed at yesterday's meeting of the Coordination Body for Implementation of Projects, Investments in Reconstruction or Construction of Clinical Health Centers.

As reported by the Coordination Body, headed by Zorana Mihajlovic, the first step has been completed. The necessary documentation has been prepared and the registration of the property of all health centers to be reconstructed is to follow.

Mihajlovic pointed out that each individual project will have a mentor assigned to it to the end of efficient implementation, and the Coordination Body will be able to monitor and take action throughout the reconstruction process.

The meeting was also attended by the directors of all seven Belgrade health institutions to be reconstructed using the loan from the Council of Europe Development Bank.

Members of the Coordination Body include Minister of Health Zlatibor Loncar, Mayor of Belgrade Sinisa Mali, City Manager Goran Vesic, head of the Public Investment Management Office Marko Blagojevic and healthcare and construction professionals.
