Tender for sale of "Heba" from Bujanovac

Privatization Agency has announced tender for sale of company for production of mineral water, refreshing drinks and plastic packaging "Heba" from Bujanovac. Total of 70% of public capital in the company is offered for sale, and the deadline for submission of bids is June 30.

In order to participate in the tender, potential buyer must deal with production of mineral water for, at least, three last business years and his business income in 2007 must amount to minimum 20m EUR. If the bidder is financial investor, he must have business assets larger than 50m EUR, while te single investor must have incomes larger than 30m EUR.

Tender documentation will be available starting from May 12, and written requests for its procurement can be submitted prior to May 30. The precondition for submission of bids is previous submission of auction guarantee worth 250,000 EUR.

Company "Heba" is the third largest manufacturer of mineral water in Serbia. This company owns exclusive right on exploitation of natural mineral water with the spring in Bujanovacka spa. The capacity of the spring is 8.96 liters of mineral water per second, that is, 33.01 liters of low-mineralized water per second.

The product portfolio includes carbonated mineral water "Aqua Heba", non-carbonated mineral water "Aqua Heba" and non-carbonated low-mineralized water "Eko voda".

In addition to exceptional "resource equipment", "Heba" is also characterized by great infrastructure and it also owns 5.2 ha of land and facilities at surface of 10,791 square meters. That company realized total incomes in amount of about 10m EUR in 2007, and it has 517 workers.
