New sale of Jugoexport Namestaj property – Starting price RSD 41.22 million

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has put movable and immovable property of Jugoexport Namestaj d.o.o. from Belgrade up for sale through public bidding.

On sale is the business services building in Kragujevac, along with the movable property-equipment, at the initial price of RSD 41,223,150. The price has been reduced and amounts to 45% of the estimated value, since the said lot has been put up for sale twice, unsuccessfully.

The public bidding is scheduled for March 23, 2017, at 1 pm, at the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency in Belgrade.
