Ministry of Agriculture finances "Cattle Fair" at Novi Sad Fair

The Novi Sad Fair and the Ministry of Agriculture have signed the Contract on subsidizing of Cattle Fair today (April 23, 2008).

- The contract is worth 30m RSD, and Republic Ministry of Agriculture decided to provide funds because it is expected that the Cattle Fair this year will be the biggest and the best ever - Minister of Agriculture, Slobodan Milosavljević, said on that occasion.

Executive Manager of the Novi Sad Fair, Aleksandar Andrejević, pointed out that the Cattle Fair would be presented in the most attractive way ever and that it would confirm the concept of the Novi Sad Fair and be at the level of the best cattle fairs in Europe, such as the Cattle Fair in Verona.

International agricultural fair will be open between May 10 and 17, and it will gather around 2,000 exhibitors. Traditional Stock Farmers Day is Thursday, May 15.
