Town Hall of Jagodina made decision about construction of wind generators - contract with Canadian "Trillion Energy" to be signed in May

The Boardmembers of the Town Hall of Jagodina have made the decision today (April 23, 2008) aboutconstruction of wind generators that will be turning wind energy into electricenergy, and they will be built in association with company "TrillionEnergy INS" from Toronto, Canada.

The Contract on construction with company "Trillion Energy INS" will be signed in May in Canada, and that is whenthe date of the commencement of construction of wind generators and otherdetails will be determined.

Municipality of Jagodina is not going to investmoney in that project, but it is going to get about 25% of profit.

Ministry of Energy and Mining gave its consent on March 17, and mutual rights and obligations of Jagodina andcompany "Trillion Energy INS" regarding preparationworks for construction of the unit will be thoroughly defined in the contract that will be signed by Mayor Dragan Marković - Palma.

According to the explanation of the decision, the initiative for constructioncame from Canadian company in mid-February. This is the latest technology forturning wind into electricity and it will, in technological-production sense,rule the world market during the next decades.

This investment is of exceptional significance to Jagodina and Serbia and it is considered as priority because it concerns the source of energy that has no negative ecological consequences.
