SMR is not coming to negotiations yet

Russian company SMR has not yet responded to the invitiation to negotiations about purchase of Mining-Smelter Basin (RTB) "Bor", says Mlađan Dinkić.

- SMR got invitation on April 14, and the auction guarantee of that company, which is the condition for participation in the tender and in the negotiations, expires on April 29 - said Dinkić at the press conference.

Minister of Economy pointed out that the tender would be cancelled if SMR did not extend its guarantee before the deadline.

Dinkić pointed out that the conditions for SMR would be the same as the ones presented to the first-ranked bidder, Austrian "A-Tec", and they mainly concerned ecological protection and investments in modernization of RTB "Bor".
