Trade chain Metro has another trade center built in Belgrade, investment worth €15m

Trade chain "Metro cash & carry" will start the construction of the second distributive center in Serbia in Zemun on Wednesday, July 27. The value of the new investment of company "Metro" will amount to €15m. The new distributive center, which will be settled next to the Medicine Factory "Galenika", will employ 220 new workers.

"Metro" will invest total of €60m in Serbia in 2005. After opening of the second distributive center, the number of the employees in "Metro cash & carry" in Serbia will be increased by 220.
