Croatian Cement Factory Našicecement has delivered the announcement that the Securities Commission of Serbia agreed that the company from Croatia increase the maximal package of stocks of company "Toza Marković" it wants to buy – from 49 to 55%. The new offer contains thorough investment and social program.
