Looking for valuer for Jugoremedija Zrenjanin

The administrative receiver of the Zrenjanin-based company Jugoremedija has opened an invitation for the submission of bids for evaluation of the bankruptcy debtor, namely: the evaluation of the property by the liquidity method and the evaluation of the legal entity.

The aim is to determine the strategy of the sale to the end of achieving the highest possible sale value and maximum repayment to the creditors in the bankruptcy proceedings.

Items to be evaluated are the liquidity value of the entire property of the bankruptcy debtor as a legal entity (movable and immovable property, with special focus on evaluation of intellectual property rights), the evaluation of the 29.02% ownership share of the bankruptcy debtor in the business entity Penpharm Zrenjanin, evaluation of 278 shares in the business entity Blagoje Kostic – Crni Marko Pirot a.d. and the evaluation of the 100% share in the Zrenjanin-based business entity Jugoremedija-Com export import in liquidation.

The bid submission deadline is February 13, 2017.
