Part of Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS) that deals with research and exploitation of petroleum and gas will most probably appear in Venezuela, in Autumn 2005, on the oil fields exploited by Russian Lukoil for several years. Thus, Venezuela will be one of the first destinations for the joint businesses offered to NIS by Lukoil in scope of strategic partnership.
