Turkey’s Simit Sarayi instead of Costa Coffee?

The famous Turkish chain Simit Sarayi, which operates worldwide, will soon open its door to people of Belgrade as well.

They will move in the premises which were housing Costa Coffee in Belgrade until recently, Novosti writes.

The Costa Coffee logo was officially removed from the coffee shops’ windows before the New Year, marking the closing of these facilities after numerous speculations. The works on renovating and equipping the premises for the arrival of the Turkish brand have begun recently.

According to unofficial information, the first coffee shop within the Turkish chain should open in around twenty days at 80 Kralja Aleksandra Blvd, with pastry products being on offer initially. In addition to standard types of coffee, their coffee shops will serve Turkish delights, pies and other treats.

Simit Sarayi has franchises in London, New York, Amsterdam, Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Rotterdam, Baku...
