Zastava Metal from Resavica looking for buyer – Public invitation for letters of intent opened

The Ministry of Economy has opened a public invitation for the collection of letters of intent for taking part in the process of privatization of Zastava Metal from Resavica, which produces motor vehicle components and metal products for the cable and the mining industries.

The letter of intent needs to contain basic information about the investor, an expression of interest for taking part in the procedure and a proposal of the privatization model in line with the Law on privatization, a proposal of the indicative price, investment program, general business plan and the number of workers the investor is prepared to employ permanently.

The letters of intent are to be submitted by mail or directly at the office in the Ministry of Economy or by sending an email to loi@privreda.gov.rs by March 6, 2017.
