The Share Fund of Serbia will offer 53.19% of capital of company "Investprojekt" from Niš on Belgrade STock Exchange on May 8 at starting price of 875,000 RSD.

The deadline for submission of applications for participation in auction for the package of stocks of that company for planning, consulting and engineering is May 5.

Total of 1,750 stocks from the Share Fund will be offered for sale at starting price of 500 RSD. In 2004, realized incomes amounted to 92.9m RSD and expenses amounted to 92.8m RSD.
