Company ATB "Sever" signed contract on purchase of Factory of equipment and parts "Bor"

ATB "Sever" Subotica has signed the contract today (April 18, 2008) on purchase of Factory of equipment and parts (FOD) "Bor", which was a part of company Mining Smelter Basin "Bor". ATB "Sever" is a member of business system ATB Austria and "A-TEC Industries AG" group.

- ATB "Sever" has a long history of a successful cooperation with FOD "Bor", that's why the decision about purchase of this factory was a logical extension of cooperation. The location of FOD is of great importance to the future of ATB group's strategy. In that sense we are focused on several long-term projects. ATB group will continue its constant growth and product portfolio development - said Ernst Bruner, the CEO of "ATB Sever".

He pointed out that FOD would have very important role within ATB Group as a supplier of components for other members of the group.
