Bulgarians bought Factory of small chains of Industry "Filip Kljajić"

Through auction sale of Factory of small chains, the third of total of four production units of Kragujevac-based industry "Filip Kljajić" has been privatized. The Factory of small chains has been bought by company "Specijalna oprema" from Bulgaria at starting price of about 98.4m RSD, which was also the estimated value of the Kragujevac company.

According to the obligations from the sales contract, the new owner of the Factory of small chains will not be able either to change basic activity of the company or to dismiss workers within next three years.

In addition to this factory, another two factories from the system of "Filip Kljajić" have been privatized. These are the factories for production of transportation systems and car parts and machines and tools.
