New additional capitalization of "Sojaprotein" - 301.4m RSD

Bečej-based company "Sojaprotein" announced yesterday (April 17, 2008) that its 8th issue included 650,000 stocks and that the value of that additional capitalization was 301.4m RSD.

According to the ad published in daily newspaper "Politika", the price of stocks is 3,455 RSD, while the stockholders with the purchase priority can buy them for 3,100 RSD piece. Accounting value of stock of "Sojaprotein" is 463.66 RSD.

Registration and payment for the stockholders with the purchase priority start on April 21 and last until May 22, 2008.
