New eKapija Special Edition Newsletters – Business tourism, real estate, infrastructure and ecology arriving

The new year is bringing new topics, and we will try to cover them adequately. Congress tourism in Serbia is on the upswing, the last year's growth of investments in real estate is continuing, investments in infrastructure are very current, and ecology imposes itself as a primary question regarding the country's further development.

For this reason, we will be covering these topics in the first half of 2017 and we announce the new Special Edition Newsletters.

We will open the season of special edition newsletters with congress tourism and business trips, as remarkably important topics in modern business. In this edition, planned for March, we will try to point to the need of exchanging experiences from various fields, educating HR and forming networks of new contacts and, on the other hand, we will present the perspective of this highly profitable industry. Business tourism will be discussed by representatives of the state, hotel companies, agencies, insurance companies...

Last year was marked by a strong growth of the real estate sector, which will continue in 2017. The arrival of new investors and new projects is expected. In the newsletter dedicated to real estate, to be published in April, aside from presenting the projects, we will deal with the regulations, prices, construction operations, energy efficiency, principles of green building...

Big infrastructural projects in the fields of transportation, energy, water supply system and raising public institutions are in progress as well. The Infrastructure Special Edition Newsletter has been planned for May. This will be an opportunity to present all those who wish to take part in the realization of the said projects. We will discuss roads, railways, bridges, airports, water and sewage systems, gas pipelines, public lighting, energy... We won't forget the construction of hospitals, schools or prisons either.

The special edition newsletter dedicated to ecology can be expected in June. This is the question that Serbia is dealing with as part of the EU accession negotiation Chapter 27, relating to environmental protection. We will discuss recycling, biofuels, electricity from waste waters, renewable energy sources, landfills, reducing industrial pollution and noise, transportation and storage of hazardous materials and medicinal waste...
