Portuguese interested in investing EUR 200 million in wind farms in Serbia

(Illustration) The upcoming official visit of the president of Serbia, Tomislav Nikolic, to Portugal is a good opportunity to enhance the economic cooperation, as there's a lot of room for it, stated the president's media advisor, Stanislava Pak, who said on RTS that there the Portuguese side intended to invest in the field of wind farms.

The investment in question, she said, was worth EUR 200 million, which, as she points out, is a good signal.

– This is a good opportunity for the relations to intensify. The political cooperation is very good, and we also expect the enhancement of the economic cooperation, as there's a lot of room for it, especially in the fields of agriculture, construction, tourism... – Pak said.
