"Clates Holding" bought another 35% of stocks of "Knjaz Miloš"

The stocks of "Knjaz Miloš" were the subject of about 29.4m EUR worth of two block transactions yesterday (April 10, 2008) on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, which represented about 92% of total turnover on the Stock Exchange.

On Wednesday (April 9, 2008), Dutch "Clates Holding" bought, also in block transaction, 34% of stocks of Aranđelovac-based water manufacturer at price of 19,300 RSD. With yesterday's block-trading, the percentage of stocks of "Knjaz" that changed the owner reached 69%.

According to the statements of the representatives of "Danube Foods Group", all 100% of stocks of "Knjaz Miloš", which were owned by the companies related to "Danube Foods Group" (fund "Salford"), will become the property of "Clates Holding" within next few days.As a logical result of block transaction with stocks of "Knjaz Miloš", average participation of foreign investors in trading in stocks reached 94%.
