Wood&Fruits selling Drvoprerada facility – Real estate, equipment and land worth around EUR 2.13 million

Seventeen production and side facilities, the entire equipment, as well as the land of the Drvoprerada facility of the company Wood&Fruits in the village of Prva Kutina, Municipality of Niska Banja, might soon get a new owner.

The acting director of the wood and fruit processing company has put the facility, estimated at EUR 2,133,698.73, up for sale.

The property includes a 36,026 m2 parcel, production halls, a dryer facility, a wood shavings plant, a warehouse, a washing facility...

All interested legal and natural persons can submit bids at Nisauto Grupa’s address in Nis by January 25, 2017, at 2 pm.
